I am having a problem receiving payment from a collector

I am having a problem, or maybe I just don't fully understand how the site works, but I am having a problem receiving payment from a collector. I have a paypal account linked to the site and I have an order pending and the payments says paying, which it has said for the past week. Is there something that I am supposed to do for the transaction to go through?

As an advise, please be patient and let the system check the creditability of customer to avoid fraud.
Do not sent art if money wasn't transfer correctly.
You can contact customer via email or other means he/she provided to clarify this matter.
