In 90% cases the adding of new quota happens almost immediately. But some transactions require more time. We guarantee it during 24 hours after your request. So your quota probably will be extended in next 6 hours. Please notice that we did not charge you Paypal account yet. Only next scheduled payment will take account of the new quote.
