Default High Fraud Risk??

I have just signed up with Art Gallery-Worldwide and have received an order request for one of my paintings. The buyer does not list contact information and the security alert has listed this as a "High Risk of Fraud". What do I do now? Should I ignore the request? How should I proceed with this?
