How to setup the shipping calculation?

Hi I have just joined and am finding it very difficult to complete shipping details. I am UK based and wished to input price for within UK and approx for US and Europe deliveries. Can you assist please I have been going round in circles for hours . Thank you

Dear Anne

You have to create 3 records.
For example:
1) the shipping inside UK is $10,
2) the shipping to USA is $200 and
3) the shipping to EU is $50.
