I think you have the problem because you are trying to recreate your account. But you have to continue the process, which you already started.
If you did not set up your password yet, then you have to go to the link from registration email, fill the form (registration code, first and last name, password, etc) and submit that form.
If you did that already, then you need only login on the page
http://www.gallery-worldwide.com/ex/logon.jsp
And don't try to create the account again.
