Buyer information removed
 

There was an order for one of my paintings that appeard to be legit - not a fraud or spammer. Does this web site delete the purchaser information after 24-36 hours, or if the purchaser's information is no longer showing on the CURRENT ORDER tab, have they backed out of purchasing the art piece.

I had to wait 24 hours to get my art piece out of the gallery and get shipping costs calculated. When I logged back onto this website, the customer information was gone.
